What’s the role? 

As a pivotal player in our team, based within our rapidly expanding Child and Youth Services service, you’ll create seamless rosters that work.

Using our EmpLive platform, you’ll be planning and maintaining rosters, ensuring all shifts are managed and filled across twenty residential sites.

But there’s much more to this role than simply scheduling.

Instead, you’ll lead and drive a strategic approach to our rostering function, working with key internal stakeholders from support workers to recruitment and through to the leadership team. You’ll contribute to leadership meetings, manage risk and work with your team to create stability and crucial support for our most vulnerable children and young people.

And who are you? 

Love a puzzle? So do we! In this role, you’ll be a professional puzzle solver and strategic thinker.

In addition to having rostering experience, you’ll be a highly organised, clear communicator, focussed on building sustainable, productive relationships across teams.

An experienced phone juggler, you’ll thrive on effective systems (but love creating better ones!) as well as adapting to changing priorities. You’ll be a constant learner who can think on their feet and a proactive, effective coordinator. You’ll be eager to put your stamp on something, someone who takes the initiative and enjoys taking ownership of key projects.

Ideally, you’ll be an early riser, who prefers to start work early and finish early (but if not, don’t let that stop you from hitting apply!)
