The Role
The role of Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive General Manager (EGM), Education Partnerships is a newly created position, providing a unique opportunity for an experienced EA to shape the role and truly make it their own.
Located at their stunning, ultra-modern offices in Kent Town, and working closely with a dynamic EGM, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administration
  • Project development and delivery support
  • Diary and email management
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Travel coordination, including travel and itineraries
  • Drafting internal and external correspondence and communications
  • Preparation of high-quality presentations and reports
  • Ensuring your Executive General Manager is adequately prepared for all stakeholder meetings
  • Regular and effective communication with team members and internal and external stakeholders
  • Minute taking and preparation of meeting agendas
  • Providing general administration support to the business as required

About You
This position requires a confident and enthusiastic EA who enjoys taking initiative and is seeking to advance their skills as they will be exposed to, and will participate in decision‐making processes, therefore gaining valuable insights and experience into strategic execution.
Key to your success will be your exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Other essential requirements include:

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and provide high-quality work
  • The ability to develop a clear understanding of strategic priorities and essential interactions to guide diary management and time allocation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Skilled in anticipating the needs and requirements of your manager
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage tasks of a sensitive nature
  • An energetic self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and a positive outlook
  • Tech savvy with high level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A great sense of humour!
