The Role
Working from their stunning Kent Town Office, the Executive Assistant will provide high level EA support to a dynamic and engaging Executive.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of agendas and minute taking
  • Diary and email management
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Liaising with high-level stakeholders
  • Travel coordination, including travel and itineraries
  • Drafting internal and external correspondence and communications
  • Preparation of high-quality presentations and reports

About You
Our ideal applicant will be a highly professional individual who has the experience and confidence to be proactive and able to pre-empt your Executive’s needs.

Other key requirements include:

  • Recent experience in a high-level EA position
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and provide high-quality work
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Skilled in anticipating the needs and requirements of your manager
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage tasks of a sensitive nature
  • An energetic self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and a positive outlook
  • Tech savvy with high level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • A great sense of humour!
