We have an excellent temp opportunity available for a talented and capable individual to provide administration support to a global leader in the creative industry.

Commencing Monday 2nd May for a period of approximately 3 months, this role will provide administration support to two busy managers.

Based in the CBD, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting coordination
  • Database management (Excel)
  • HR and recruitment admin support
  • Liaising with staff across the business
  • General administration

Skills and qualities required include:

  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience in administration and coordination
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm
