Melanie’s recruitment career began placing administration and accounting positions and grew to include executive level and specialist staff in the healthcare, community services and not-for-profit sectors.
Melanie’s breadth of experience now includes Human Resources, Marketing & Communications and Supply Chain and she works with leading organisations in Defence, Manufacturing, Not-For-Profit and Professional Service industries.
With a consultative, engaging and honest approach, Melanie works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for her clients and candidates. Over the years Melanie has built many strong and long-lasting relationships with well-known South Australian businesses.
Melanie founded Mansfield & Co Recruitment in 2016, recognising a gap in the market for a local agency to provide a seamless and straightforward service with a focus on hiring for cultural fit. Melanie is passionate about working with her clients and values regular communication, so you’ll never be wondering what stage your recruitment assignment is up to.
When Melanie’s not ferrying her kids to various sporting commitments, you can find her pounding the pavement along the Esplanade at Brighton, practicing hot yoga or checking out a local winery.
Mark Elding is a Senior Consultant at Mansfield & Co Recruitment.
Mark is a highly accomplished banking and financial services professional who embarked on a career change and joined the Mansfield & Co Team in 2021.
Mark has extensive experience in relationship management, building high performing teams and identifying talent. Mark leverages his professional experience and networks to deliver exceptional results for both clients and candidates.
In the past Mark held various executive leadership and specialist positions within the banking industry in both Australia and Singapore. In addition to recruiting mid-management and senior positions, Mark draws on his experience to place staff in the financial services sector.

Beyond the professional setting Mark loves mountain biking, hiking in the Adelaide Hills and experiencing South Australia’s fantastic food and wine with his wife Sharon and their young son Kian.
Tim Prince is the Marketing and Administration Assistant at Mansfield & Co Recruitment.
Tim is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance and Marketing at the University of Adelaide. Tim is passionate about business and marketing strategy, and he uses his organisational skills to provide exceptional support to the Mansfield & Co team.
Tim’s ability to manage and prioritise across a range of tasks makes him a true asset to Mansfield & Co’s marketing and admin! Tim brings his creativity and recent experience in content creation to develop engaging and relevant marketing material, and his passion for finance and all things numbers brings drive and zeal to our accounts and reporting.
When he is not in the office or studying, Tim loves spending time by the water, coaching his rowing team, and spending time with family and friends.
